Before founding BartonRock, I spent 20 years as CEO of two mid-sized recruitment and executive search businesses.
Being responsible for both the direction and commercial success of these businesses, I knew it was vital to make the right senior leadership hires in a talent-scarce market.
In 2020, I decided to dedicate my experience and skills as a CEO and business leader – plus 20+ years as an executive search and recruitment specialist – to helping scale-ups and ambitious entrepreneurial businesses build strong teams that equip them for success.
